Service area
Lunma currently serves Canada only. Both collection kits and finished scarves are shipped and gathered entirely within the country. The United States is planned, and other regions may follow. The country you select when joining the waitlist tells us where interest is strongest and helps us decide where to open next.
Collection kit shipping (effective when ordering opens)
When ordering opens, each commission will begin with a collection kit sent to your address. Shipping will be prepaid in both directions: the kit travels to you, and a prepaid label carries it back to the atelier once you have gathered the strands. You will have nothing to arrange at the post office beyond dropping off the box.
Delivery estimates
Any dates we give for kits or finished scarves are good-faith estimates rather than guarantees. Because each scarf is made by hand and the pace of at-home collection varies, timelines can shift. We will keep you informed if anything changes.
If your order arrives damaged
We pack every piece with care, but if your kit or scarf arrives damaged, we will make it right. Contact us promptly, with photographs if you can, and we will arrange a repair or a replacement at no cost to you. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
