Who we are

Lunma Inc., a company based in Canada, operates Lunma Atelier. These terms govern your use of this website and, once ordering opens, any commission you place with us. By using this site, you agree to them.

We are currently in waitlist mode. The sections below marked as effective when ordering opens describe terms that will apply to future commissions. They do not yet create any obligation to purchase.

The waitlist

You may join our waitlist by giving us your email address, your country, and your language preference. Joining places you on a list to be notified when commissions open. It is not an order and carries no charge.

By joining, you consent to receive email from us about the atelier. You may withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. Withdrawing removes you from the list without affecting anything else.

Future commissions (effective when ordering opens)

The following terms will apply to commissions once ordering opens. They are published now for transparency and take effect only when you place an order.

• Payment in full is due at the time you place your order. A commission begins only once payment has been received.
• Each scarf is a custom-made good, produced to order from the strands you provide and the wool we select. No two are alike.
• Before production, we share a sample or preview for your approval. Weaving begins only after you approve it. This is the pre-production approval gate.
• Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, it cannot be returned or exchanged once approved and produced, except where a right of return is required by applicable law.
• Any delivery timelines we give are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Handwork and the pace of at-home collection mean dates can shift.

Intellectual property

The Lunma name, logo, site design, text, and imagery are owned by Lunma Inc. and protected by law. You may not reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. The strands you send and the finished scarf are yours.

Acceptable use

Please use this site lawfully and in good faith. Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse it, submit false information, or use it in any way that infringes the rights of others.

Liability

We take care in everything we make, but to the extent permitted by law, Lunma Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our goods. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer-protection rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in that province, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your own province or territory.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the atelier grows and as ordering opens. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting waitlist members will be communicated by email.
